Refund Policy

⚠️ Important Notice: MapMastery provides digital services. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Nature of Digital Services

MapMastery provides AI-powered educational analysis reports as a digital service. Once a report has been generated, the service is considered fully delivered.

  • Analysis reports are automatically generated upon payment confirmation and are immediately available
  • Analysis results can be saved as a PDF, and can be accessed again from your dashboard for as long as your account remains active

Refund Policy

All refunds are reviewed only if requested within 30 days of purchase.

Full refund (within 30 days, all sessions unused):

  • Single-session purchases: full refund within 30 days if the report has not been generated
  • Multi-pack purchases: full refund within 30 days if no sessions have been used

Multi-pack partial refund (within 30 days, within usage limits):

  • MAP Growth 3-pack: eligible if 1 session used; not eligible if 2 or more sessions used
  • Writing 3-pack: eligible if 1 or fewer sessions used; not eligible if 2 or more sessions used
  • Writing 5-pack: eligible if 2 or fewer sessions used; not eligible if 3 or more sessions used
  • Writing 10-pack: eligible if 3 or fewer sessions used; not eligible if 4 or more sessions used

Refund amount calculation

Partial refund amount = pack price − (number of used sessions × effective per-session price of the purchased pack)

Not eligible for refund:

  • More than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase
  • Usage has exceeded the allowed limit for the purchased pack
  • All sessions have been fully used
  • The report generation for that session has been completed
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated analysis results
  • An incorrect or low-quality file was uploaded
  • Promotional or event-specific products (separately notified when applicable)

Pack Validity

  • Multi-packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Unused sessions expire at the end of the 12-month period and are not eligible for refund or extension
  • Multi-packs are tied to the purchasing account and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared

Payment Confirmation & Receipt

Upon successful payment, a receipt will be automatically sent to your registered email address. The receipt includes your payment number, payment date and time, amount paid, and report code. Please refer to this information when submitting a refund request.

Refund Request Process

  1. Submit your request to support@mapmastery.co within 30 days of your payment date
  2. Include your report code and payment number
  3. Provide a description of the reason for the refund request
  4. Attach any relevant screenshots or supporting documents if applicable

We will review your request and respond by email within 3–5 business days.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
  • For pack refunds, access to remaining unused coupon codes will be revoked upon refund completion

MapMastery is operated by Bailog Private Limited, which retains payment records, including refund transactions, for 7 years in accordance with Hong Kong law.

Coupons & Discount Codes

  • If a 100% discount coupon was applied, no payment was made and refunds do not apply
  • Partial discounts: Refunds are based on the actual amount paid after the discount
  • Coupons are non-transferable and are not eligible for separate refunds
  • Taxes are not included in the displayed price unless otherwise stated

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first:

  • Your account may be suspended during the investigation
  • We may submit transaction records and service delivery proof to your payment provider
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination

We encourage you to contact us directly before filing a dispute so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
