Terms of Service

MapMastery is an AI-powered educational analysis service operated by Bailog Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). We provide MAP Growth test result analysis, Writing Feedback, DIBELS reading ability analysis, and personalized learning reports.

By accessing or using MapMastery, you agree to these Terms of Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You may delete your account directly from your member dashboard
• Account deletion is processed immediately and cannot be undone. All account data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
• Payment records required by law will be retained for the legally mandated period

MapMastery currently provides or will provide the following services:

Currently available:

• MAP Growth Student Progress Report analysis
• AI-generated learning reports including growth pattern diagnosis, strengths and areas for improvement, and strategic recommendations

Coming soon:

• Writing Feedback — AI-powered essay and writing analysis and feedback
• DIBELS Report Analysis — Cross-analysis of DIBELS scores with MAP Growth data

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

• MapMastery operates on a per-service, per-order basis
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• Coupon codes may be applied at checkout
• All fees are displayed prior to payment confirmation

• All prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated
• Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction
• Single-session purchases and multi-pack purchases are both available
• Multi-pack purchases issue coupon codes at the time of purchase; codes are redeemed at checkout when initiating an analysis session

• All packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Unused sessions within a pack expire at the end of the 12-month validity period
• Expired sessions are not eligible for refund or extension
• Packs are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing account

• Unused purchases may be fully refunded within 30 days of purchase
• Partial refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, provided usage remains within the allowed limit for the purchased pack
• Any used session will be deducted based on the effective per-session price of the purchased pack
• Completed report sessions are non-refundable
• Refunds are not available after 30 days, after exceeding the usage limit, or for expired products

• Coupon codes and packs are bound to the purchasing account and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with others
• This service provides AI-generated educational analysis reports for reference purposes only and does not constitute official academic assessment
• MAP Growth data-based analysis may not fully reflect all factors contributing to a student's learning and development

By using our Services, you acknowledge:

• AI outputs may not always be accurate and should not be relied upon without independent verification
• Reports and feedback are educational reference materials, not official assessments from NWEA, the University of Oregon (DIBELS), or any accredited testing organization
• Comparisons to external assessment benchmarks in Writing analysis are for reference only and should not be interpreted as official placement or eligibility assessments
• Results may not reflect all factors affecting a student's learning
• MapMastery is not responsible for educational decisions made based on AI-generated reports

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our analysis systems
• Share, resell, or redistribute reports or feedback without permission
• Use automated tools to access the service without authorization
• Provide false information when creating an account or registering a student profile

• MapMastery's analysis algorithms, report templates, and platform design are owned by Bailog Private Limited
• AI-generated reports, analysis outputs, and Writing feedback are owned by Bailog Private Limited
• Customer-uploaded MAP Growth PDFs, writing samples, and entered score data are used solely for analysis purposes and permanently deleted immediately after processing
• Reports and feedback are provided for personal educational use only and may not be redistributed commercially

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. By using our Services, you consent to such processing.

MapMastery uses third-party services including:

• OpenAI and Anthropic (AI processing)
• Cloudflare (hosting and storage)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Resend (email delivery)

We are not responsible for the terms or practices of these third-party services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated reports and feedback will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bailog Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim, or USD 100.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. If you delete your account directly, the deletion is processed immediately and cannot be undone. Upon termination, access to all reports and data will be permanently restricted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
